Grünhof 3000 and Ganter Brewery: The Freiburger Bierle

In a highly competitive beer market, the Freiburg-based Ganter brewery together with the Grünhof 3000 GmbH (Machn) has realised a remarkable transformation project. The result is the innovative organic beer "Freiburger Bierle". This project shows how a traditional company with a modern entrepreneurial spirit can secure its future. Ganter and Grünhof have successfully combined regionality and tradition with the modern requirements of sustainability and product development. The joint start-up "Freiburger Bierle" proves that it pays to take unconventional paths. 
The new organic beer brand, available as Pils, Helles and Radler (with and without alcohol), is produced exclusively with ingredients from organic farming. The "Freiburger Bierle" is now successfully established in the regional trade and is an example of the successful transformation in the SME sector.
